The key to this new system technology is the patented, brazed, two-piece manifold. These manifolds can provide three levels of melt channels with gentle curves and turns instead of only straight runners, giving design flexibility that allows a balanced layout and a reduced system stack height. Some examples of the Multi™ systems' applications are automotive lenses, mobile phone cases, flip-top closures and over molded products. |
